You can use our online booking system on this page or by using the North Somerset Council app. The acceptable arrival window is no more than 30 minutes either side of the booked time slot. You can change or cancel your booking using the links in your confirmation email. If your vehicle is not listed above it is classed as a restricted vehicle which will require a permit before you can book a time slot.

The site is for East Dunbartonshire residents and you will be asked for proof of address and photographic identification when you visit. Please consider if you can store your waste safely at home until you have a car full to reduce unnecessary journeys. It may take a while to arrive and may go to your junk or spam folder in the first instance. Please bring your hire documentation with you when you visit the site.

For commercial vehicles adapted for people with disabilities the number of visits you can make is not limited, as long as you are not bringing DIY waste. You will need to apply for a permit to use the recycling centres in a restricted vehicle. Vans and campervans with trailers and vehicles with a double axle or tipping mechanism can not use any of our recycling centres. We are currently unable to accept fridges and freezers at our recycling centres due to a national shortage in disposal capacity. If you are bringing a trailer that is towed by a car you will need to make a booking.
Soil, brick, rubble and construction waste created from the repair or alteration to your own property may be disposed of but there are restrictions in place. The system has been introduced to make visits faster, safer and more efficient. People without internet can book using an automated phone line. These are limited to 12 visits a year.
